These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the website www.jmaupaintingservicesllc.com (the 'Site'), operated by JMAU PAINTING SERVICES LLC ('JMAU', 'we', 'us'), a residential interior painting company based in New Jersey (NJHIC Reg. #13VH13464800). By browsing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of this website

This Site is provided for general information about JMAU's residential interior painting services in New Jersey, including photos of past work, service descriptions, and a way to request a free quote. It is not an online store, and no purchases, payments, or bookings are processed through the Site.

2. Requesting a quote does not create a contract

The quote request tool on this Site prepares a WhatsApp message for your convenience; it does not submit any information to JMAU directly, and sending the message does not create a contract, reservation, or guarantee that a project will be accepted. Any project is agreed only in a separate written contract (see Section 3).

3. Services described on this Site

This Site describes JMAU's residential interior painting services in New Jersey. The descriptions, photos, and examples on the Site are general information; they are not an offer, an estimate, or a description of the work for any particular project. The work, products, schedule, and price for a project are set only in a written contract signed by you and JMAU. New Jersey law requires home improvement contracts of more than $500 to be in writing.

4. Accuracy of information

We try to keep this Site accurate and up to date, but content — including photos, descriptions, and pricing references — may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, especially while the Site is under construction. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of availability, pricing, or outcome. Please contact us directly to confirm any detail before relying on it.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo, and business name on this Site belong to JMAU PAINTING SERVICES LLC, unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

This Site links to third-party services we do not control or operate, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and the State of New Jersey's license verification tool. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services; your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

If a New Jersey court finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Entire agreement

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and JMAU about your use of the Site and replace any earlier version of the Terms. They do not replace, change, or limit any separate written contract you sign with JMAU for painting work; that contract governs that work.

13. No waiver

If JMAU does not enforce a provision of these Terms at a given time, that does not mean we give up our right to enforce it later. A waiver of any provision is effective only if it is in writing. This section does not reduce any right you have under law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, especially while the Site is under construction. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, so please check back from time to time.
